Woodford Halse Social Club 1989
Woodford Halse Social Club, originally known as Gorse Hotel, was built in 1898 and used as a hunting base. Later became Railwaymen’s Club in 1953.
After the closure of the railway in September 1966 the club became the village Social Club.
